Renewable Heat for Heat Networks

About this event: Renewable heating technologies offer the means to capture heat from energy which is all around us, underground, in the air or water, from the sun, or from waste sources. This theatre style half day conference will be exploring the opportunity to integrate renewable heating technology with heat networks, taking an international perspective through case studies and the IEA’s Technology Collaboration Programme, and a local focus by looking at the funding available through HNIP for heat network schemes in England and Wales.

About this Event: Heat networks in the UK: regulation and market frameworks, innovation and investment, and decarbonisation and the relationship with customers. planned sessions will look at:

Energy policy in Wales and enabling the transition to a low carbon economy
