The UK heat network sector is expected to represent an investment opportunity of up to £80 billion by 2050. The Green Heat Network Fund (GHNF) is helping to create the conditions needed to attract investment and accelerate the growth of the sector.

As part of this work, we are engaging with businesses across the heat network supply chain to better understand how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are accessing opportunities, as well as the barriers they face in accessing contracts, growing their businesses and supporting the sector’s expansion.
