DESCRIPTION:Connecting local projects with investors\nPensions for Purpose is delighted to invite Place-Based Impact Investing Forum members to its next online all-stakeholder member-only event at 10:15 on 18 May 2022.  \nMark Hepworth at The Good Economy and Nigel Wilcock at the Institute of Economic Development will present the PBII (Place–Based Impact Investing) Innovation Lab connecting local projects around the UK to enhance local economic\, environmental and social impact with investors. This is about marrying investor objectives with the needs of people in places. \nThe presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with Charlotte O’Leary at Pensions for Purpose\, Ken Hunnisett at Triple Point and Pete Gladwell at Legal & General. \nThe breakout sessions will be used to present a specific local project\, led by local stakeholders and the Q&A will be facilitated by Triple Point and Legal & General. \nIn the usual way\, we will then regroup and our sponsors will share some of the insights from the breakout room discussions before Charlotte O’Leary wraps the session up. \nThe outcomes from this session and broader work of the PBII Forum will be used to help shape the work of the lab.
